David M. Hough
David M. Hough founded Hough International, Inc. in 1984 and was President until selling his interest in 1995. Hough International specialized in feed manufacturing and oil seed extraction plants, with a primary focus on emerging markets in underdeveloped countries. Over 200 turnkey projects were completed in China, Southeast Asia, South America, and Africa. He has been most recently involved in agriculture development in West Africa.
Charles Z. Bailey
A graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Finance, Charles Bailey has over 30 years of experience in fabrication and construction. Serving as president and general manager since founding Southern Metal Fabricators, Inc. in 1991, his leadership has resulted in growing the business to 100,000 sq. ft. of plant space with state-of-the-art fabrication equipment and processes. Since 2012, Bailey has served on the Albertville City Council as committee chairman of public safety and support services.
